Favourite Workout Type: Group workouts and new styles of training (Kim is currently experimenting with trapeze!).
Favourite Food: Fruit, vegetables and dessert (and sometimes just looking at dessert, but not eating it).
I’ve been in the fitness industry for 20 years now and I still find it exciting – it’s just ingrained in me. These days though, I do workouts and activities that I actually enjoy – I’m not so driven by vanity and what I see in the mirror. I’m a mom to two young boys and I believe that exercise can be done anytime and anywhere, whether it’s working out in the playground, running or swimming. I want to be a role model for my kids; I hope to still be leading a healthy and active lifestyle well into my 70s and beyond!
